I love it, but I do not understand. Some of the buildings don't become roof-less when I enter them, so I cannot find the place to sell stuff.

You can find traders in these two houses: (one with gears, another with vegetables)
Oh that makes sense!! I walked around for about 20 minutes and the gear/veg benches also didn't show up. Definiitely going to try again later!
